A Twisted Treat
It was a simple twist of fate that brought Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels into buttery-soft existence.
What started as a cottage industry in Kim Holstein's studio apartment has grown into a national business. These tasty pretzels, made from all-natural ingredients with no trans fats, hydrogenated oils, or preservatives - come in classic flavors, such as Bavarian and Sourdough Parmesan, as well as stuffed versions, like Apple Cinnamon and Twisted Omlette, but that’s not the only reason we love them.
These are pretzels with a purpose.
Since 2009, the company has donated a substantial percentage of grocery sales to schools around the country. Kim & Scott's gives back $1 to schools with the sale of four-count pretzel boxes, helping raise funds for important educational programs.
Talk about raising serious dough.
This is a company with a charitable twist, making its mission to donate pretzels to food banks, numerous youth organizations, and special events, and even planting a tree for every new member to its Pretzel Club through Trees for the Future. Best of all, you can buy online or at your neighborhood grocery store.
Meaning that, when it comes to philanthropy, the environment, and a tasty product, Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels are the greatest things since sliced bread.
Since 1989, Trees for the Future has been helping communities around the world plant trees. Through seed distribution, agroforestry training, and our country programs, they have empowered rural groups to restore tree cover to their lands. Planting trees protects the environment and helps to preserve traditional livelihoods and cultures for generations.
