Well actually her name is Cecile Hardy- and she founded NOLA Couture - New Orleans-inspired ties and accessories. She left her home and job in San Francisco, to go back to her roots in New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina.

New Orleans is a oveable city steeped in history and culture and filled with amazingly upbeat citizens. So Cecile settled in to help in the rebuilding of this venerable city and started designing ties, dog collars, and other smart accessories.

This beautiful bracelet is a joint collaboration with India Stewart Designs, Inc. The stylized Pelican in the form of a Fleur de Lis encompasses the resounding theme of rebirth, growth, and progress.

A portion of all gross sales from the Rebirth Bracelet as well as all the other products by NOLA Couture will be directly donated to a selection of New Orleans causes. Who could ask for more?
