Sqirl Jam is crafted in small batches in Los Angeles by local jam-maker Jessica Koslow. After spending several years working at the James Beard award-winning restaurant Bacchanalia, Jessica decided to return to her home state and begin making preserves. True to her roots, Jessica uses only produce that is grown no more than 200 miles from her home. She also uses only naturally occurring pectin and organic fruits. Good stuff!
