Some Like It Simple

Jeff Cannon didn't always live a simple life. Before being diagnosed with a cluster of brain tumors in 2009, Cannon was a successful businessman. But when he received the news that his brain had been invaded, Cannon decided to let his employees go and start focusing on recovery.
Over the next few months, Jeff's doctors were able to remove all but one of his tumors, which was in a particularly difficult location. Instead of giving up, Jeff decided to change his lifestyle. He started meditating, took up yoga, and began a program that he now calls The Simple Truth.
A year later, Jeff underwent yet another MRI. But this one had only good news. His tumor, though still there, had completely stopped growing.
Inspired by his triumph, Jeff went on to found The Simple Truth Project, a center for meditation and wellness based in New York City. The program is designed for professionals, and offers specialized workshops on how to deal with the stress of modern, busy life. It's a call to slow down, think for a moment, and get a little headspace.
The Simple Truth Project also sells sweet physical reminders of meditative practices. Made from leather and silver hoops, their line of jewelry is elegant and symbolic. Each bracelet and necklace represents a different moment from Jeff's path to a happier life, so every time you slip one on, you are reminded of what power and strength resides in the human soul.
