Semper Finest was founded in 2010 by Louisa Gehring, who, as a Marine Corps spouse, found herself sending dozens of care packages overseas to both her husband and their friends. Through this process, she learned several things. First, she was able to find out what soldiers want and need the most. Second, she learned how to navigate the tricky logistics of mailing goods overseas. "With Semper Finest, we take care of the time-consuming details involved in sending packages for Marines and other service members," she explains on their site. "With a click of a button, you can show that you care."

Why We Love It!

Every soldier is an individual, which is why Semper Finest offers a variety of different packages to suit their needs. There is the Classic Care Package, which includes essentials like hand sanitizer, coffee mix, Ramen, and baby wipes. Or if you want to send something a little more fun, they offer the Game Lover's Study Break, which includes a full poker set (complete with 200 poker chips and instructions), snacks, a domino set and a "Would You Rather?" card game. If none of their prepared packages seem perfect, you can also build your own with the A La Carte option.

It Feels Good To Give...

Even if you don't personally know anyone deployed, you can still give back to the troops. Semper Finest allows you to donate a package to a service member in need. They will even follow up and give you details to your sponsored troop, so you  can find out where your message of love and support landed.
